here's my my TTT
Start with Rainbow! Not only are her books awesome, but I've met her and she's just as amazing in person.
DeleteGreat picks! I Meg Cabot, Stephanie Perkins, and Sophie Kinsella too! Have you read Kinsella's shopoholics series? It's hilarious :)
ReplyDeleteHere’s my TTT
I burned out on the Shopoholic series pretty fast. I would just get too frustrated, but I'm definitely in the minority with that opinion.
DeleteLike your choice of some chick-lit 'greats'.
ReplyDeleteI love Sophie Kinsella. I've only read a couple of Meg Cabot's and one of Jennifer Weiner which were good.
ReplyDeleteGreat list.

My faves are actually the ones on the list that are lesser known. Rowell, LaZebnik, and O'Neal are all wonderful, but fewer people are reading them.
DeleteI don't read chick-lit but seeing how popular it is I just might have to try it. :) I will search for these authors...

These are my "comfort food" books. When I just need a pick me up I reread one of these authors.
DeleteGreat list! Haven't read too many of these authors but a few are on my TBR list. :D My TTTs are at Musings on Fantasia and LKHill. Happy Tuesday! :D
ReplyDeleteI'll make sure to check out you lists. Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteGreat list! I love Chick Lit, and you have some of my favorites on here! I would add Plum Sykes as well! I really enjoyed her books!

Also, I have a FANTASTIC giveaway of a SIGNED copy Lauren Oliver's new book, THE SPINDLERS, going on HERE!
I haven't tried Plum Sykes! Yay! New Author!
DeleteI also hate the chick lit term so I started calling it women's lit which isn't much better, but at least it doesn't use the word "chick" in it. I've been meaning to try a lot of these authors, but funny enough Rainbow and Jennifer Weiner are probably my fav authors in the genre. I really like how you listed favorite books by author-- wish I'd thought of that!
ReplyDeleteI've also tried "Books Men Won't Read", but it's too much of a mouthful.
DeleteI loved Lauren Weisberger until I read Chasing Harry Winston. That book got on my last nerve! haha
ReplyDeleteMy TTT
Lol - I liked Chasing Harry Winston, but couldn't get into her most recent one "Last Night at Chateau Marmont". She made the list because I've reread her first three books a LOT!
DeleteI still like her, and will give her books a try. Haven't gotten to Chateau Marmont yet. I LOVED TDWP and EWK though.
DeleteSTEPHANIE PERKINS is amazing... and she's the only one I've read from your list.
